Mamun is a fully licensed crowdfunding investment platform authorised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of the Sultanate of Oman under Licence No. CMI051. Our operations comply with the FSA's crowdfunding investment platform framework, which regulates listing, funding, disclosure, and investor protection requirements.

The FSA ensures that platforms like ours maintain the highest standards of transparency, financial soundness, and investor protection.

All investment structures on Mamun are designed to be fully compliant with Sharia principles. Our operations are reviewed and certified by Ihkam Advisors, a licensed Omani Sharia and Islamic finance advisory firm, acting as our independent Shariah authority. The Ihkam Shariah Board is led by Othman Al Duwaiki (Shariah Board Member and CEO) and Ahmed Al Gharbi (Shariah Advisor and Shariah Board Member).

Ihkam Advisors reviews and certifies the Shariah architecture underlying Mamun's operations, including the treatment of financing contracts, the handling of late payment donation undertakings, and the governance of our flagship programme, Bayt al-Mamun — a longitudinal scholarship programme for the education of Omani orphan scholars, delivered through charitable institutions licensed under Omani law. Bayt al-Mamun was formally certified by the Shariah Board of Ihkam Advisors under a Shariah Resolution issued on 28 June 2026, confirming compliance with AAOIFI Shariah Standards.

Every product offered adheres to Islamic finance principles, ensuring ethical, transparent, and interest-free financial dealings.
